Skilled Talent for Your AI Projects – 150 hour, 4-Week Experience


Riipen and Climb Hire have joined forces to bridge the gap between untapped talent and real-world work experience. This initiative connects forward-thinking employers with skilled, job-ready professionals from Climb Hire’s programs. This program provides accessible internships to support a thriving, skills-first digital tech workforce.


  • Submit a project here for the Climb Hire AI Pathways team to review. 
  • Once approved, you will be matched with 3-5 participants.
  • Each participant will complete 30 hours of work, totalling up to 150 hours for your project.
  • Projects will start Monday April 21st, 2025 ending by Friday May 16th, 2025.



Learners in this program have the following AI essential skills:


  1.  Introduction to AI
  • Understanding foundational AI concepts
  • Learning the capabilities and limitations of AI tools
  • Integrating AI into workplace tasks effectively
  1. Maximizing Productivity with AI Tools
  • Using generative AI tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
  • Identifying tasks that AI can enhance to save time and improve output
  1.  Prompt Engineering
  • Crafting effective prompts for conversational AI tools
  • Applying prompt engineering to creative tasks like brainstorming, content generation, and problem-solving. 
  1.  Using AI Responsibly
  • Recognizing ethical considerations in AI use, including bias and harm prevention
  • Understanding data ethics, security awareness, and information privacy in AI applications
  1. Staying Ahead of the AI Curve
  • Keeping up with advancements in AI tools and technologies
  • Developing an innovative mindset and adapting to evolving workplace demands

Requirements
