We’d like participants to develop ethical AI policies and operating procedures that align with industry best practices and our business values. The goal is to ensure responsible AI use, mitigate potential risks, and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in our AI-driven processes.

Expected outcomes:

• Utilize knowledge of ethical AI frameworks, regulations, and industry guidelines to draft AI policies and operating procedures that address bias mitigation, data privacy, transparency, and accountability.
• Provide recommendations for implementation, governance, and ongoing compliance.

Expected deliverables:

• Create a report or presentation outlining key policies and their impact on ethical AI practices.
• Create an AI policy and procedures document for us to implement and use on an ongoing basis throughout the organization
